Developing Sport Science for Health, Fitness, and Achievement
The Sports Science Study Program (IKOR) of the Health and Recreation Department of FIKKM, Manado State University, is present as a center for the development of sports science based on science, technology, and health to support improving the quality of life of the community and sports achievements.
Through academic learning, research, and laboratory and field practice, students are equipped with a deep understanding of fitness, sports health, recreation, and sports science. We produce innovative, professional graduates capable of providing solutions in the fields of health, fitness, and modern sports development.
IKOR Study Program Accreditation
The Sports Science Study Program at Manado State University has successfully achieved Accreditation. "Very well" from the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT). This achievement demonstrates recognition of the quality of education, academic excellence, study program governance, and commitment to developing superior and competitive sports science. This accreditation is valid until June 14, 2030, demonstrating the study program's consistent efforts to improve the quality of education, research, and community service.
MAPALUS E-Journal
This is a scientific journal managed by the Sports Science Study Program, Faculty of Sports Science and Public Health (FIKKM), Manado State University. This journal publishes scientific articles focusing on the field of sports health, including sports physiology, coaching science, physical fitness, sports nutrition, physical education, and applied research in physical activity and sports.
