Producing Professional, Character-Based, and High-Achieving Coaches
The Sports Coaching Education Study Program (PKLO) at the Faculty of Public Health, Public Health, and Public Health, Manado State University, aims to produce competent, innovative coaches capable of competing at both national and international levels. Through a combination of coaching, sports science, and practical field experience, students are equipped with professional skills to develop and improve sports performance.
We believe that coaching is not just about winning, but also about developing discipline, sportsmanship, leadership, and a winning mentality. Therefore, students are prepared to become coaches with integrity, adaptability, and the ability to make a real contribution to the development of sports and society.
Accreditation of PKLO Study Program
The Sports Coaching Education Study Program has successfully achieved Accreditation "Very well" from the Independent Accreditation Institute for Education (LAMDIK). This achievement reflects the quality of education delivery, the competence of teaching staff, study program governance, and the commitment to producing professional, character-driven, and competitive graduates in the field of sports. This accreditation certificate is valid until June 6, 2028, as a form of recognition of the ongoing development of academic quality.
